What a free trial is

  • 1 server on the Nano size. Every trial is the same size — bigger ones need credit.
  • Before your first server we confirm a payment method: a small amount is taken to show a real card is behind the account and refunded in full, usually within a few working days. It appears on your statement and then comes back. Your card is not stored.
  • The trial itself is free. Nothing is charged for it, and nothing is charged when it ends.
  • It is a real server, not a demo — the same hardware, the same features and the same support as a paid one.
  • The 30 days start when you build your first server, not when we approve it — so an approval read on a Friday is not three days shorter by Monday.
  • When it ends the server carries straight on, charged to your balance by the hour like any paid one. Nothing is rebuilt, nothing is migrated, and there is no second setup.
  • If your balance is empty when it ends, the server is SHUT DOWN — not deleted. It is kept for 30 days exactly as you left it, so adding credit starts it again with everything still on it. Take a backup before then if you are not continuing — after that it is removed and cannot be recovered.
  • One trial per account, for life — this is the only one.
